Honestly, it’s been a rough start to 2024 for me. I have never had more consecutive business/money gloom and doom spirals before.
Because rough negative self-talk is usually responsible for my spiraling, I find podcasts to be a good antidote because listening to the right one with a helpful reframe can snap me right out of it.
My absolute favorite one to listen to when I’m in this state is The Social Reset by Tiffany Cheung, hero to business witches everywhere. So, in a particularly courageous moment, I emailed her to tell her just that and see if she might come on my podcast to help my audience know what to do when they’re in a Tower moment.
